Rule 6. Procedure in criminal cases
At the time of arraignment, each case shall be assigned a time for pretrial conference. Pretrial conferences shall be held as a matter of course in all criminal cases. At the pretrial conference, the case shall be assigned for trial on a day certain or may be continued for further action.
