Rule 2.04 Petit Jury Sessions
Currentness
There shall be nine (9) separate jury sessions each year in each county. The jury sessions shall commence on the second Monday in January and September, and on the first Monday in February, March, April, May, June, October and November, unless otherwise ordered.
