Rule 5 Dress code
Currentness
(1) All attorneys shall dress in proper attire to appear before the Court.
(2) NO person shall be allowed to appear before the Court while wearing shorts or tank tops, pajama bottoms, or other inappropriate or offensive atire1 and shoes are required. No person appearing before the Court may wear a hat or head covering unless required for medical or religious purposes.
(3) Gum, food, drinks, or chew are not allowed in the Courtroom. Any and all cell phones present in Courtroom shall be on silent mode or turned off.
