A. Terms.
January Term: Beginning on the first week in January and running for three (3) months. April Term: Beginning on the fist week in April and running for three (3) months. July Term: Beginning on the first week in July and running for three (3) months. October Term: Beginning on the first week in October and running for three (3) months.
B. A Grand Jury shall be empanelled for each jury term during the year.
