Rule 706 Time-Sharing/Visitation
The Visitation Guidelines of the 56th Judicial Circuit will continue to be used as a model as authorized by FCRPP 8(2) and a copy is attached (Appendix 3) and incorporated by reference as if set out in full. These arc a model and serve only as a basic guideline for the parties and parties are encouraged to reach an agreement upon time-sharing/visitation that is in the best interests of their child. These Guidelines arc not a default schedule for the parties or the Court when the parties are unable to reach an agreement. The Court will continue to determine visitation on a case-by-case basis where there is no agreement between the parties.
