Rule 13 Duty of clerk
Currentness
Except by leave of Court, the clerk shall not suffer any paper once filed to be withdrawn. Unless specifically stated to the contrary in the Court's order, the clerk shall sec that a true copy is retained in the file at the cost of the party withdrawing it.
