Rule 705 Facsimiles and emails
Facsimiles or PDF emails of criminal, juvenile, emergency mental or domestic violence orders, or a photocopy thereof, shall serve for all purposes as an original of said documents. This Rule applies only to documents executed by the Court and not to papers filed by counsel of the respective parties. Electronic filing of forms is encouraged and shall follow the rules of the Kentucky Supreme Court.
