Rule 906 Video copies of in-chamber interviews with children
Pursuant to FCRPP 2 7, the Circuit Clerk's video office shall not release any Circuit Family Court video in-chamber interview with a child without a specific written order of the Family Court Judge. An individual requesting a judicial order must file a motion for the request which specifically indicates the portion of the video record being requested is an in-chamber interview with a child and specific purpose for the request.
