Along with the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights, a motion to schedule final trial and Order scheduling final trial shall be filed with the Warren Circuit Clerk along with a tendered order. The Clerk shall promptly bring the file to the judicial assistant for scheduling. Within three (3) business days after a petition for the voluntary termination of parental rights is filed, the Court will set a date for a hearing which shall not be more than thirty (30) calendar days after the petition is filed.
