Rule 207 Search warrants
Copies of all search warrants and supporting affidavits shall be filed in the Clerk's Office pursuant to RCr 13.10. An executed copy shall be filed by the executing officer in the Clerk's Office within a reasonable time after its execution. If an arrest results therefrom, the above papers shall be placed in the case jacket of the Defendant. Supporting affidavits shall be sworn to before the Circuit Judge or District Judge or before a person properly authorized by Order of this Court.
