Rule 205 Warning order attorneys and guardians ad litem appointment
Warning Order Attorneys and Guardians ad Litem (on all non-DNA cases) shall be appointed from a list of attorneys who are in good standing with the Kentucky Bar Association and have been approved by the presiding circuit judges, with each attorney on the list to receive an equal number of appointments. Any attorney not wishing to receive such appointments may have his or her name removed from the list by written notification filed with the Circuit Court Clerk. The presiding circuit judges may remove any attorneys from the list based upon poor performance of duties in the sole discretion of the judges.
