Rule 11. Remote Appearances
11.1. Parties wishing to appear remotely for any civil or criminal matter shall obtain leave from the Court to appear remotely no later than three (3) working days prior to said hearing. Said leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
11.2. For hearings on all substantive and/or dispositive Motions, especially those requiring testimony and/or the entry of exhibits into the record, all parties attending shall endeavor to appear in-person except for good cause shown.
