§ 97332. Registration Process.
Currentness
(a) For registrations under Sections 97330 and 97331, plans and any delegated submitters must do all the following:
(1) register through the data portal;
(2) follow the Data Submission Guide's registration instructions; and
(3) provide all required information as specified in the Data Submission Guide.

History
1. New section filed 12-20-2021 as an emergency; operative 12-20-2021 (Register 2021, No. 52). Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 12763(f), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-20-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day. For prior history of chapter 11, see Register 87, No. 15.
