§ 1896.92. Sanctions.
The OSDS shall recommend, impose, and enforce sanctions in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Small Business Procurement and Contract Act (Gov. Code §§ 14835 et seq.), and the Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise Program (MVC §§ 999 et seq.). The sanctions shall apply to the business, all principals, business affiliates, and any person who violates the aforementioned laws.
