§ 17728. Minimum Hours and Days of Operation for Full-Day CSPP.
Currentness
Full-day CSPP shall operate a minimum of 246 days per year, unless the contract indicates a lower number of days, and for the number of operational hours reasonably necessary to meet the preschool needs of the families in the community.
