§ 1399.54. Electromyography Certification Fees.
Currentness
Pursuant to section 2689 of the code, fees for physical therapists certified to perform electromyography are fixed as follows:
(a) The application fee shall be $100.00.
(b) The biennial renewal fee shall be $50.00.
