§ 3999.349. Psychosurgery.
Currentness
Psychosurgery, including lobotomy, stereotactic surgery, chemical or other destruction of brain tissue, or implantation of electrodes into brain tissue, is not and will not be performed on persons committed to or in the custody of the Department.
