Section shall lapse by operation of law on 10-23-2011 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058. 1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
2. Change without regulatory effect repealing section (Instructional Memorandum 7/16/2009, Attachments 1-7) filed 1-11-2012 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2012, No. 2).
