§ 418. Fee for Registration.
The registration fee shall be determined by the DOJ. The fee is $30 for the initial one-year registration period. As provided in section 320.5 of the Penal Code, the fee may be increased as necessary to cover the actual costs of the DOJ to administer and enforce Penal Code section 320.5.

2. New section refiled 10-29-2001 as an emergency; operative 10-29-2001 (Register 2001, No. 44). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-26-2002 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
