§ 17787. Notification of Address Change.
Currentness
(a) Contractors shall notify the Early Education Division in writing of any change in mailing address for communication regarding the contract 30 calendar days prior to the address change.
(b) Contractors shall notify the Early Education Division in writing of any proposed change in operating facility address(es) at least 30 calendar days in advance of the change unless such change is required by an emergency such as fire, flood or earthquake.
