§ 59011. Facility Files.
Each facility shall maintain a facility file, available on site, at the facility, which may be stored as electronic records and shall be made available for review, inspection, audit, or copy, upon request. The facility file shall contain at least the following:

1. New article 7 (sections 59011-59012) and section filed 3-20-2017 as an emergency; operative 3-20-2017 (Register 2017, No. 12). Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 4698.1(b), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-19-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 3-20-2017 order, including amendment of section, transmitted to OAL 2-8-2019 and filed 3-25-2019; amendments operative 3-25-2019 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2019, No. 13).
