§ 10213. Meeting Notice.
Currentness
Written notice of the time and place of a regularly scheduled meeting and a preliminary agenda shall be mailed by first class mail or sent by electronic mail, and shall also be made available on the Commission's website, not less than ten (10) days before the meeting.
