§ 97334. Registration Information Update.
Currentness
(a) Each plan or other entity that has registered to submit data must update registration information within 15 calendar days of any change in the required contact information.
(b) Each plan or other registered entity must review and update or confirm all registration information annually by the last calendar day of February.

1. New section filed 12-20-2021 as an emergency; operative 12-20-2021 (Register 2021, No. 52). Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 12763(f), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-20-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
