§ 97360. Data Acceptance.
Currentness
(a) Data files that are submitted to the data portal but do not meet the file intake specifications detailed in the Data Submission Guide will not be accepted.
(b) Registered submitters will be notified within 3 business days of submission whether a data file has been accepted or rejected.

1. New article 6 (sections 97360-97362) and section filed 12-20-2021 as an emergency; operative 12-20-2021 (Register 2021, No. 52). Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 12763(f), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-20-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
