§ 1041. Exceptions to the Fee Schedule.

No annual filing fee applies to reports submitted to the Board pursuant to section 1032, subdivision (b).

1. New section filed 6-29-2017 as an emergency; operative 6-29-2017 (Register 2017, No. 26). Pursuant to Water Code section 1030, this emergency regulation shall remain in effect until revised by the Board.
2. Repeal and adoption of section filed 11-9-2020 as an emergency; operative 11-9-2020 (Register 2020, No. 46). Pursuant to Water Code section 1530, this emergency regulation shall remain in effect until revised by the Board.
