§ 76369. Food and Nutrition Services--Modified Diets.
Currentness
(a) Modified diets shall be as follows:
(1) Specified by the client's interdisciplinary team with a copy in the kitchen.
(2) Planned, prepared and served by persons who have received training in food and nutrition services.
(3) Periodically reviewed and adjusted as needed.
