§ 30857. Maintenance and Construction Requirements.
Currentness
(a) All drinking utensils, ice buckets, shelves, sinks, dishwashing machines, and other related equipment shall be:
(1) Constructed of non-toxic materials,
(2) Constructed, installed, and maintained as to be readily cleanable, and
(3) Kept clean and in good repair.
