§ 2306. Subsequent Parole Hearing.
Currentness
(a) General. At this hearing each prisoner who was previously denied parole shall be reconsidered for parole in the same manner as at the initial parole hearing. The hearing panel shall consider the information developed since the last hearing applying the criteria of Section 2316.
(b) Scheduling. This hearing shall be scheduled 12 months after the most recent hearing and annually thereafter.
