§ 1848.5. Requirements for the Board of State and Community Corrections Agreement.
The agreement between the BSCC and the participating county shall be executed concurrently, or as concurrently as practicable, with the execution of the project delivery and construction agreement. The agreement shall include the roles and responsibilities of the participating county and the BSCC as it relates to the oversight of the project.
