§ 1848. Requirements for the Project Delivery and Construction Agreement.
The project delivery and construction agreement between the Board, CDCR, the BSCC, and a participating county shall be executed after the Board establishes the scope, cost, and schedule of the project. The project delivery and construction agreement shall include the roles, responsibilities and performance expectations of the parties.
