§ 1748. Requirements for the Project Delivery and Construction Agreement.
The project delivery and construction agreement between the Board, CDCR or the BSCC, and a participating county shall be executed before the Board establishes the scope, cost and schedule of the project. The project delivery and construction agreement shall include the roles, responsibilities and performance expectations of the parties.
