§ 3591.11. Caribbean Fruit Fly Eradication Area.
(a) Proclamation of Eradication Area. All of the Counties of Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Ventura in the State of California within which the Caribbean fruit fly, (Anastrepha suspensa), is known to exist, are hereby proclaimed to be an eradication area with respect to said pest. As such, it is amenable to the provisions of Article 4 (sections 5761, 5762, 5763 and 5764) of Chapter 8, Part 1, Division 4 of the Food and Agricultural Code of California.
