§ 40160. Parties.
Currentness
“Parties” means the state employer, the employee organization which is the exclusive representative of any employee covered by a petition or intervention, any employee organization known to have an interest in representing any employees as demonstrated by having filed a current statement of interest pursuant to Section 40145 and any petitioner which has filed a valid petition pursuant to Section 40170.
