§ 7228. Reporting Requirements.
Currentness
(a) The Grantee shall submit a Final Report Form No. CHFFA 8 LGP-03 (Rev.07/2018), which is hereby incorporated by reference, within forty-five (45) days following disbursement of Grant funds and upon the Authority's request.
(b) The Final Report Form No. CHFFA 8 LGP-03 (Rev.07/2018), shall include:
(1) A narrative description of how the Grant funds were used.
(2) An explanation of any variances from the Application.

History
1. New section filed 2-23-2018 as a deemed emergency pursuant to Government Code section 15438.11; operative 2-23-2018 (Register 2018, No. 8). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-22-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled with amendments 8-22-2018 as a deemed emergency pursuant to Government Code section 15438.11; operative 8-22-2018 (Register 2018, No. 34). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-20-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Refiling of 8-22-2018 action 11-19-2018 as a deemed emergency pursuant to Government Code section 15438.11; operative 11-21-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2018, No. 47). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-19-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 11-19-2018 order transmitted to OAL 12-4-2018 and filed 1-16-2019 (Register 2019, No. 3).
