§ 7071. Audits.
Currentness
(a) The Bureau of State Audits and Authority staff may conduct periodic audits to ensure Grantees are using Grants consistent with the Children's Hospital Program of 2008 requirements and the terms of the Grant Agreement for an approved Project. Grantees shall retain all Children's Hospital Program of 2008 documentation and financial data necessary to substantiate the purposes for which the Grant funds were spent as follows:
(1) First Funding Round: A period of three years after the certification of completion of the Project has been submitted or until June 30, 2021, whichever is later.
(2) Second Funding Round: A period of three years after the certification of completion of the Project has been submitted or until June 30, 2025, whichever is later.

2. Redesignation and amendment of section as subsection (a) and new subsections (a)(1)-(2) filed 3-29-2018 as an emergency; operative 3-29-2018 (Register 2018, No. 13). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-25-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Redesignation and amendment of section as subsection (a) and new subsections (a)(1)-(2) refiled 9-18-2018 as an emergency; operative 9-26-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2018, No. 38). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-26-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-18-2018 order transmitted to OAL 9-25-2018 and filed 10-31-2018 (Register 2018, No. 44).
