§ 7063. Any Remaining Funds.
(b) If there are any remaining funds after the Second Funding Round, the Authority may, in its sole discretion, award Grants of those remaining funds to Applicants in a Third Funding Round in a manner that is consistent with the statutory requirements and regulations of the Children's Hospital Program of 2008.
