§ 20860. CIWMB--Traffic Control. (T14:§ 17714)
Currentness
Traffic flow into, on, and out of the disposal site shall be controlled to minimize the following:
(a) interference and safety problems with traffic on adjacent public streets or roads,
(b) on-site safety hazards, and
(c) interference with site operations.
