§ 20370. SWRCB--Seismic Design. (C15: § 2547)
(a) Class II Units shall be designed to withstand the maximum credible earthquake (MCE) without damage to the foundation or to the structures which control leachate, surface drainage, or erosion, or gas. Class III Units shall be designed to withstand the maximum probable earthquake (MPE) without damage to the foundation or to the structures which control leachate, surface drainage, or erosion, or gas.
