§ 6500.35. Newborn.

“Newborn” means a child less than 29 days old.

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 124977(d)(2), these regulations shall remain in effect until revised or repealed by the Department of Public Health.

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 124977(d)(2), these regulations shall remain in effect until revised or repealed by the department.
