§ 18643.7. List of Certified Used Oil Recycling Facilities.
Currentness
(a) CalRecycle will maintain on its website a current list of certified used oil recycling facilities, registered out-of-state used oil recycling facilities, and certified used oil rerefining facilities.
(b) CalRecycle will maintain on its website a current list of used oil recycling facilities whose certifications were denied by CalRecycle.

History
1. New section filed 1-21-93 as an emergency; operative 1-21-93 (Register 93, No. 4). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL 5-21-93 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
