§ 1102. Meetings -- Scheduling.
Currentness
(a) The commission shall meet as necessary. The time and place of meetings shall be posted on the commission's website.
(b) The time and place of meetings may be set by resolution of the commission, by written petition of a majority of the members, or by written call of the chair. The chair may, for good cause, change the starting time or place, reschedule, or cancel any meeting.
