§ 13812.6. Civil Penalty for Material Misrepresentation on Application.
Currentness
For purposes of assessing civil penalties under Labor Code section 1432(c), each individual material misrepresentation made in connection with an initial or renewal application shall constitute an independent violation that is subject to a $10,000 civil penalty.
