§ 1462. Duty to Maintain Record of Races.
The association shall maintain a complete record of all races of all authorized race meetings of the same type of racing being conducted by the association, and such records shall be maintained and retained for a period of ten years. This requirement may be met by chart books of Arlington Capital Partners, the United States Trotting Association, or the American Quarter Horse Association.
