§ 641. Admissible Evidence.
(a) In reaching its determination of the merits of the claim, claimant's denial of the commission of the crime; reversal of the judgment of conviction; acquittal of claimant on retrial; or, the decision of the prosecuting authority not to retry claimant for the crime, may be considered by the Board.
(c) All relevant evidence shall be admitted if it is the sort of evidence on which reasonable persons are accustomed to rely in the conduct of serious affairs. Evidence is relevant if it has any tendency in reason to prove or disprove any disputed fact that is of consequence to the determination of the claim.
