The term “former price” as used in Section 17501 of the Business and Professions Code and in this article includes but is not limited to the following words and phrases when used in connection with advertised prices; “formerly--,” “regularly--,” “usually--,” “originally--,” “reduced from__________,” “was __________ now__________,” “__________% off.”
