In case the applicant presently transacts outside the State of California the business of money transmission, if the value of the eligible securities owned by the applicant, as shown in the statement called for in Section 80.4111(c)(5) of this Chapter, is less than the amount of reported outstanding money transmission liabilities as of the date of the balance sheet referred to in Section 80.4111(a)(1)(A), show how the applicant plans to comply with the provisions of Financial Code Section 2081.
