§ 80.4102. Facing Page.
Currentness
An application for a license shall have as its first page a facing page in the form of Department Form DBO 2110, Application for a License to Engage in the Money Transmission Business (Rev. 8-13), hereby incorporated by reference, and shall contain the information called for therein.
