§ 80.3001. Construction of Exemptions.
Currentness
For purposes of Financial Code Section 2011:
Any person which is exempted from the Money Transmission Act by Section 80.3002(a) and (b) of this Chapter shall be deemed to be a person referred to in Financial Code Section 2011.
