§ 544. Project Breach-Termination.
Failure of a Grantee to comply with the Grant Agreement or this Chapter shall be treated by the Department as a breach of contract. If the Department determines there is a breach of the Grant Agreement, the Department shall give the Grantee written notification. If the Grantee does not commence action to remedy the breach within 30 calendar days of the date of the written notice, the Department may terminate the Grant Agreement and void the Department's obligations. The Project shall remain subject to all recordkeeping and audit requirements contained in this Chapter.
