§ 1214. Annual Reporting Requirements.
Currentness
(a) To assist the board in preparing the annual report required by Penal Code section 13512(b), POST staff shall prepare a draft report containing the information set forth in Penal Code section 13512 for consideration and review of the board.
(b) Once approved by the board, the annual report shall be made available in a manner that is accessible to the public, including on the Commission's website.
